How do I make money on Pinterest? This was a thought I had when I first became a Pinterest addict. About 3 years ago, before I started my blog, I was OBSESSED with Pinterest. Pinterest was my “go-to” for planning my “dream” life. I had boards dedicated to my future wedding, home, recipes that I wanted to try but knew I never would… you get the point. I used to sit there and pin while watching a show after an exhausting shift at my miserable job.
One day I came across a few pins that told me I could make money on Pinterest. SAY WHAT?! That sounded like a dream come true. I remember looking at my boyfriend and telling him “Babe, one day I am going to be making a living off of Pinterest.” I think he did a little chuckle but he believed me.
2 years later and here I am blogging full time and making a living off of Pinterest. I promise there is no dream that is too big or too crazy. So today I want to share 4 money making Pinterest tips to help you start making an income off of your Pinterest addiction!!!

Make Money on Pinterest with Affiliate Links
The first and easiest way to make money on Pinterest is with affiliate links! When I first started Pinterest I didn’t even know what affiliate links were. Essentially they are links to products that you can recommend to your audience, if they purchase via your affiliate link, you get commission! How cool is that?!
Well, it’s not that simple because there are a lot of things to remember when it comes to using your affiliate links, like disclosing that it’s an affiliate link etc. What’s really cool though is that many affiliate programs allow you to share your affiliate links on Pinterest.
If you are pinning your affiliate links the same way you would your blog posts (with pinning strategies) chances are, someone will come across your affiliate link and make a purchase! Become a Pinterest Manager
Another great way to make money on Pinterest is by learning how to grow blog traffic with Pinterest, and then using your strategies to help other bloggers grow! Once you learn how to become a Pinterest marketing “pro” you can become a Pinterest manager for other bloggers and businesses who might need your help! Not everyone has the time to dedicate to Pinterest marketing which is why becoming a Pinterest manager can be a great way to start making money from Pinterest! Make Money on Pinterest by Selling your Products
Another great way that I like to make money on Pinterest is by selling my own products! As I mentioned before, I have my own Pinterest e-course and one way I like to sell it is on Pinterest! I create pretty Pinterest graphics for my course (just like I would my blog posts) and link them to my course sales page! Then I promote it the same way I would any blog post! I have gotten numerous sales through Pinterest and you can too! You might be wondering, what product should I create and sell? Grow your blog traffic with Pinterest and get ADS
Lastly, learn how to successfully grow your blog traffic with Pinterest so that you can apply to Mediavine and make money through ads! Before I was using Pinterest it was very difficult for me to grow my blog traffic. For some reason I can be a “pro” at Pinterest SEO but when it comes to Google SEO I just can’t seem to master it.
Once I focused on growing my blog traffic with Pinterest, I was finally able to get my ellduclos blog up to 25k sessions + a month which allowed me to apply and qualify for Mediavine ads! Their payout is so much better than google adsense! A lot of bloggers get so much blog traffic that they can make $3k + a month just from ads on their blog! How cool is that!? I am not there yet but I do make hundreds a month from Mediavine so that’s a start!

PLUS it allows me to pin in my sleep so I am reaching viewers from all around the world. If you use Tailwind properly it can be a huge game changer.
