If you are a landlord who owns a non owner-occupied dwelling with fewer than three {3) rental units, you must complete the Landlord Registration Form and file it with the City Clerk. EMAIL THE FORM

A landlord who owns a dwelling with more than two {2) rental units, except an owner-occupied dwelling, must complete theLandlord Registration Formand mail it to:

The Department of Community Affairs will forward a filed copy of the Landlord Registration Form to the City Clerk.
Form For Your Tenants
- Copy of the completed Landlord Registration Form to new tenant
- Tenant signs and dates a copy of the form, as "received"
- Landlord should include a copy of signed and dated Landlord Registration Form with tenant's permanent file
