For Barbara she's dedicated to be a healer, but you can make her to a good support or even dps if you insist. Bennett is already really good, he can heal, dps, and also support. The final decision is up to you :)

If you wanna. If you like her playstyle, then go for it ig. Bennett (especially C1) is wayy better than her tho, but if you prefer her playstyle then you should level her up. You can level her if you need a 2nd abyss team. She's 100% dedicated to healing, so she won't do much damage for the team.

Barbruh's heal can be annoying since you can get frozen. If you need healing for both teams, it is better to use Bennett & Diona.
I didn’t so she’s level 4, I already have QiQi and Diona so no need to level her up ;)

It might seem great because you dont have to switch chars, but its just a trap
I just use QiQi to heal now and Diona is just sitting there LO l
i mean see what playstyle you find most comfortable and works best with your team for you
