60 a day from dailies = 1800 a month, so 3600 in two months.
90 a day from blessing of the welkin moon = 2700 in a month + 300 genesis crystals, so 6000 in two months.
60 from the daily check-in web page. (Three instances of +20)
There is also the battle pass that gives 5 wishes. (A total of 10 if you pay, +680 more primos.)
Then there are achievements, exploration awards, events, and so on. (270+20 are available right now, I think, and it will be no surprise if this is quadrupled. )
Battle Pass Wishes are Acquaint, not Intertwined. Unless you buy Premium, then you get 4 (not 5) Intertwined and 680 Primogems.
Buying crystals is the only way I know which is fast enough
With just the Welkin Moon, I managed around 70 non-standard wishes in one month and two days, which is 11,200 gems worth of wishes.
The game is quite giving. Especially when a new area is released.
