1. There is no minimum amount required to open a Fidelity Go account. However, in order for us to invest your money according to the investment strategy you've chosen, your account balance must be at least $10. The Fidelity Go program advisory fee is calculated and charged at the account level.

2. There is no minimum required to open a Fidelity Managed FidFolios℠ account; however, in order for us to invest your money according to the investment strategy you've chosen, your account balance must be at least $5,000. Until you reach that balance, any securities used to fund your account will be unmanaged, and any cash deposited into your account will be invested in your core money market fund. Your account may be closed if that balance is not reached.

3.All Fidelity customers have access to representative support. Fidelity advisors are registered with Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC (FBS) and licensed with Fidelity Personal and Workplace Advisors LLC (FPWA), a registered investment advisor. Whether a Fidelity advisor provides advisory services through FPWA for a fee or brokerage services through FBS will depend on the products and services you choose. Clients with $500,000 or more at Fidelity may qualify for a single point of contact for support and guidance as needed without enrollment in an investment advisory program.

4.Fidelity Advisory Services Team is available through Fidelity® Wealth Services, which is an investment advisory service that provides nondiscretionary financial planning and discretionary investment management through one or more Portfolio Advisory Services accounts for a fee. Clients enrolled in the service receive phone-based access to a team of advisors.

5.Tax-smart investing techniques, including tax-loss harvesting, are applied in managing certain taxable accounts on a limited basis, at the discretion of the portfolio manager, Strategic Advisers LLC (Strategic Advisers), primarily with respect to determining when assets in a client's account should be bought or sold. Assets contributed may be sold for a taxable gain or loss at any time. There are no guarantees as to the effectiveness of the tax-smart investing techniques applied in serving to reduce or minimize a client's overall tax liabilities, or as to the tax results that may be generated by a given transaction.

6. Fidelity® Wealth Services (FWS) offers three service levels: Fidelity Advisory Services Team, Fidelity Wealth Management, and Fidelity Private Wealth Management. Each level has its own fees, features, and eligibility requirements. Minimum investment to enroll is $50,000. Refer to the FWS Program Fundamentals for more details.

7.Fidelity® Wealth Management is available through Fidelity Wealth Services and/or Fidelity Strategic Disciplines. Both are advisory services offered for a fee.

8.Fidelity® Wealth Services Wealth Management service-level clients and all Fidelity® Strategic Disciplines (FSD) clients must generally qualify for support from a dedicated Fidelity advisor, which is based on a variety of factors (for example, a client with at least $500,000 invested in an eligible Fidelity account(s) would typically qualify). Account investment minimum is $50,000 for FWS, $100,000 for an FSD equity strategy, and $350,000 for an FSD bond strategy. Non-discretionary financial planning for Fidelity Strategic Disciplines clients if they qualify for Private Wealth Management.

To be eligible for Fidelity Private Wealth Management through Fidelity®Wealth Services ("FWS") or Fidelity®Strategic Disciplines ("FSD"), clients are subject to a qualification and acceptance process, and must typically invest at least $2 million, in the aggregate, in FWSand/or FSD and have investable assets of at least $10 million. For details, review the relevant Program Fundamentals, available online or through a representative.

Fidelity Go®, Fidelity® Wealth Services, Fidelity Managed FidFolios℠ and Fidelity® Strategic Disciplines are advisory services offered by Fidelity Personal and Workplace Advisors LLC (FPWA), a registered investment adviser, for a fee. Portfolio Advisory Services accounts are discretionary investment management accounts offered through Fidelity® Wealth Services.
