As Homeopathic medicines are gaining popularity still I find many people have doubts about do's and don't 's of taking homeopathic medicines. Here are few guidelines to consider
1-touching is no no -Do not touch them or take them in your hands. Always take the medicine by using cap of the bottle or plain paper.
2-The half an hour rule-ddo not drink and eat half an hour before and after taking medicine. Drinking water is permissible.
3-Addictions-Do not smoke chew tobacco and drink alcohol while you are taking homeopathic medicines it reduces their power. Or if u can't resist simply follow half an hour rule.
4-onion garlic, ginger and other strong smelling substance should be avoided till half an hour before and after taking medicine
5-Dietary restrictions For some disease like allergy, bronchial asthma, gout, you have to follow some dietary restrictions, but once you start responding to the homeopathic treatment your physician can debar them.
6-Other Medications -
Allopathic -If you are taking any Allopathic medicine for like B. P Diabetes, for some time we will not advice you to stop them suddenly. Coz it may cause some problem. As you start responding to the treatment we will reduce the doses as required.
