From the main game interface, navigate to the Banners menu.
Click History at the bottom of the menu.
Optionally, select a specific Wish type from the dropdown menu. Wishes from rate-up character banners, rate-up item banners, and standard banners are counted separately.

How Many Pulls Should I Make for Pity in Genshin Impact?
The pity system was developed to guarantee that each player has equal odds of receiving a high-rated character or item. On each 10th pull, you should get a 4-star character or item.
