Your crit rate is fine, try to get more crit dmg
Crit rate doesn't only have to come from artifacts, there was this build where kaeya c1 + cyro resonance + blizzard set + kaeya natural crit rate = 100 crit rate without artifact stats
And crit rate/dmg food too, but ye thats temporary
Crit rate/DMG can also come from weapons or the character's ascension stat (Hu Tao is an example for that).

I only have 50/160 on my Klee and its perfectly fine.
Also you probably should get crit Rate on the circlet/helmet and look for crit Rate substats.
If you use a Weapon with crit rate/dmg as substat, do the opposite Stat on artifacts
You don't need 100% crit rate, your crit rate is just fine as it is.
Your crit dmg could use a little increase though
