Uses Of Noelle's Elemental Skill
Protective Shield That Can Trigger Healing
Noelle's Elemental Skill is a shield that can protect the active character from incoming attacks. It does apply Geo to enemies, but it doesn't generate energy for Noelle.
Heals Allies When Attacking
Allies are healed whenever Noelle's attacks hit an enemy while the shield is active. As Noelle continuously dishes out damage, the whole team can receive healing. This is only applicable when you have Noelle at a higher constellation.
Uses Of Noelle's Elemental Burst
Geo Infusion & Longer Reach
Noelle's Burst will provide Geo infusion, making her Normal & Charged Attacks inflict Geo DMG. Note that even after switching to other characters, the infusion does not disappear unless the duration of the Burst is over.

Noelle has a durable shield that can protect the active character. Her constellations can be obtained in all banners and limited-time banners that feature Noelle. Although Noelle's constellation greatly improves her overall kit, it is not recommended to aim for Noelle when pulling unless Noelle's rate is boosted.

Constellation 6 Is The Greatest DMG Boost For Noelle
At 6 constellation, Noelle's Defense will provide additional ATK to Noelle since she will fully scale of DEF. This will not only increase the Noelle's overall damage, it will also make Noelle easier to build.

Prioritize Building CR/CD
As a main DPS, you need to build as much Crit Rate and Crit DMG for Noelle. Energy recharge should also be built as much as you can through sub-stats. What's also of note is that building ATK is not recommended for Noelle.
