We first saw the arrival of Yae Miko back in version 2.5, but Yae Miko once again graces us with her rerun banner in Genshin Impact Version 3.7.
Being the head shrine maiden of Grand Narukami Shrine and Ei’s closest confidant, her major involvement in the Archon quests has led players to speculate about her gameplay. In this article, we discuss the strengths and weaknesses of Yae Miko and whether she’s worth your Primogems or not.
Why you should pull for Yae Miko
Yae Miko is a 5-star Electro Catalyst user and is mainly used as an off-field DPS. With the recent rise of Dendro characters, Yae Miko has seen a lot of activity in Aggravate teams. She's a great primary source of Electro application and has a nice “set and forget” playstyle with her Elemental Skill. Her Elemental Burst offers nice damage, and combined with her Skill, gives her one of the best single-target damage outputs across Electro characters.
It’s not a surprise that she also works well with Raiden Shogun. Raiden is considered a flexible and powerful Electro battery, which covers up most of Yae Miko’s weaknesses. This also allows the activation of Electro Resonance, which further increases the energy yield of the team they are both in.
For the more daring players, Yae Miko can also be used as a flexible support who can buff carries. She can make use of the Tenacity of the Millelith artifact set, which perfectly synergizes with the way her Elemental Skill works. This is possible because she's not extremely dependent on Artifact Set bonuses – another pro of this character.
Overall, Yae Miko is a good character to have, especially for people who do not mind the setup time that her Elemental Skill takes. She has found reinvigorated purpose with the rise of Dendro characters and is a solid choice to be the source of Electro applications in Aggravate teams. That being said, she still performs well in Electro-centric teams along with Kuki Shinobu and Raiden Shogun. Here's a list of reasons why you might want to pull for Yae Miko.

Why You Should NOT Roll for Yae Miko
The main complaint that players have with Yae Miko is the fact that using her Elemental Skill can be a little awkward. Setting up her turrets will take time, which might be the make or break especially in time-limited game modes like the Spiral Abyss. While she does dash while her Skill is cast, she does not gain any invincibility frames during it, making her vulnerable while setting up.
To summarize, here are a couple of reasons why skipping Yae Miko might be a better idea:
You do not like Yae Miko's character design.
You do not like her playstyle, especially her turrets.
You are not fond of catalyst users in general.
You are saving for future 5-star characters.
You'd rather spend your Primogems on the other banner running alongside her, Yoimiya.
If you only want the new 4-star character, Kirara. Rolling for 4-stars on banners is never a good idea as there is a (small) chance you don't get them.

As of now I would say Yae > Xiao but that depends on your own account assessment TC. Miko is way better imo. She can be used in more teams, and be played both on or off field depending on the team. Xiao is strong but he's kinda locked into being an anemo hypercarry and as such is a bit more limited in teambuilding.
Both Tartaglia and Yae Miko are worth pulling for, but because Tartaglia (Childe) has a long history of usage, especially in the late game, then he would generally be the better choice.
Shes a better sub dps than fischl in spread teams with teammates such as alhaitham/tighnari. Fischl is generally a better sub dps in aggrevate with cyno/keqing. But you can play yae on field as well in aggrevate with fischl or in hyperbloom with xingqiu/yelan.
My favorite alhaitham team is Fischl, nahida and kuki. Beidou also good option, and to be hipster you could try Dori + Kazuha. If Spread counts as an electro reaction and can trigger Fischl's A4 then she is far superior than Yae. Otherwise she is probably still at least equal.
Go with whatever it lands on. If it lands on Kokomi for example, and you don't feel satisfied with the results, then go for Yae since your heart is telling you clearly that you would be happier going for Yae. But if it lands on Kokomi for example and you're happy with going for Kokomi, then go for Kokomi!
As a kitsune, Yae Miko has the same lifespan as an Adeptus from Liyue, often living for multiple centuries. At the current point in the story, Yae Miko's age is at least 500 years old. As can be seen in cutscenes dating back five centuries, Yae Miko is a good friend of the Raiden Shogun, Ei, and her sister Makoto.
Yae Miko's greatest source of damage are elemental reactions, making her signature weapon – Kagura's Verity – her most powerful option. This catalyst allows its wielder to gain up to three stacks of the Kagura Dance effect when casting an Elemental Skill.
Is Ayaka stronger than Xiao in Genshin Impact? I would say yes !! Ayakas ability to constantly apply cryo dmg, I believe, is what makes ayaka stronger. Xiao deals most of his dmg with his ult therefore combing both these factors ayakas dps output is stronger than xiaos making her stronger.
