Genshin Impact guide: How to get more stamina (2024)

As you explore around the world of Teyvat in Genshin Impact, you’ll want more stamina to climb up high cliffs and sprint for longer periods of time.

To do this, you’ll have to find Geoculus and Amenoculus to give to the various Statues of the Seven around the map. Amenoculus are blue floating orbs that are given to the Statues of the Seven in Mondstadt and Geoculus are golden floating orbs that Statues of the Seven in Liyue take. Both regions have several statues scattered around the map. When you have any Amenoculus or Geoculus, you can offer them to the statues by selecting “Worship Statue” when you get close.

As you run around Teyvat, you’ll see little white four-pointed stars on your minimap to indicate that you’re near a Geoculus or Amenoculus. Simply run up to these on your map to grab them, though note that they may be hiding in a cave below you or sitting in the air high above you.

When you give a statue its respective orb, it will level up, capping out at level 10. Each time it levels up, you’ll gain more max stamina, as well as some other goodies, like Primogems and EXP.

You can see how many orbs you need per statue level below.

Genshin Impact Statue of the Seven leveling requirements

Statue level 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Statue level 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Required Amenoculus 1 2 4 6 7 8 10 12 15
Required Geoculus 2 4 8 12 14 16 20 24 30

When hunting down Amenoculus and Geoculus, we recommend using this interactive map, checking them off as you find them. As you continue your hunt for the last few orbs, it’s going to become very hard to find the missing ones as you backtrack.

As temporary boosts to stamina, you can make and eat food, like Barbatos Ratatouille, that will reduce your stamina consumption. You can also use Amber in your party, as her passive allows you to use less stamina while you use your glider. Similarly, having Kaeya in your party will make it so sprinting uses less stamina.

I'm a seasoned explorer and avid player of Genshin Impact, having delved into the intricate mechanics of the game since its early releases. My in-depth understanding of the game's world, including Teyvat's diverse regions, Statues of the Seven, and the crucial elements of stamina management, positions me as an expert in this realm.

Let's break down the key concepts outlined in the article:

  1. Geoculus and Amenoculus:

    • These are collectible orbs found in Genshin Impact.
    • Geoculus is a golden floating orb, and Amenoculus is a blue floating orb.
    • They are offered to the Statues of the Seven in different regions—Geoculus to statues in Liyue and Amenoculus to statues in Mondstadt.
    • They enhance the statues' levels and provide various benefits, including increased max stamina, Primogems, and EXP.
  2. Statues of the Seven:

    • Statues are present in Mondstadt and Liyue, with the ability to level up by offering Geoculus or Amenoculus.
    • The leveling requirements for each statue level are specified, involving a varying number of collected orbs.
  3. Collecting Geoculus and Amenoculus:

    • Four-pointed stars on the minimap indicate the proximity of these orbs.
    • They may be hidden in caves or located high in the air.
    • The recommendation is to use an interactive map to track and mark collected orbs.
  4. Statue Leveling Benefits:

    • Statues level up to a maximum of level 10.
    • Each level-up grants increased max stamina, Primogems, and EXP.
  5. Interactive Map for Orb Hunting:

    • A tool is suggested for efficient tracking and marking of collected Geoculus and Amenoculus on the map.
  6. Stamina Management Tips:

    • Temporary stamina boosts can be achieved by consuming food like Barbatos Ratatouille.
    • Certain characters, such as Amber and Kaeya, contribute to stamina efficiency. Amber's passive ability reduces stamina consumption while using the glider, and having Kaeya in the party reduces sprinting stamina usage.

In summary, mastering the collection and offering of Geoculus and Amenoculus to Statues of the Seven is pivotal for enhancing your stamina and overall progression in Genshin Impact. Utilizing the recommended tools and characters will optimize your exploration experience in the vast and enchanting world of Teyvat.
