FTD is a joke and they're completely unnecessary in 2023. They've $#*!ed me over so many times, I kinda blame myself. Flowers NEVER look like what's advertised. This time they never delivered the flowers. In order to help us, they took $10 off. What the $#*!? How about free since the birthday is over? What a joke. If I could snap my fingers and FTD winked out of existence, I would.

Ordered flowers for my daughter 2 days in advance! It's 5 pm and still no order received! I called customer service and they can't answer any questions on where or why order not delivered yet! Terrible! I'll never use this damn place again!

I paid almost double the price ($134.95) to upgrade to their 'best' product which was a bad decision on my part. In terms of some value for money, an upgrade to the 'better' product version might be a better option to select when ordering flowers through the FTD webpage. Buyers be aware. I was also disappointed that the birthday girl only received one of the five balloons that I had ordered ($30.00). I requested a refund for the balloons not delivered... no response yet. Total amount paid: $197.24... consumer RIPOFF... what do you think?

Tip for consumers:
Don't upgrade to their best product version.

The flowers. My order was processed in a timely fashion. The birthday girl was surprised and loved the flowers of course.

Ordered item for my wife just as a surprise. Website said same day delivery. So I ordered item. Got confirmation email. Then about 3 hours later get email saying they could not fulfill my order. To reply back that they could in the next 3 days or I could cancel the order. I replied cancel the order as my wife was not going to be home. Then they call saying they found a florist to make it and would be able to get out that day. I said wonderful that will work. When I got home around 7pm nothing there. Ok website says till 9pm. Well 9 comes and goes nothing. My wife leaves for work and I get a email at 7 the next morning they are to be delivered. Well $#*! she's not home. So I reply back to the email that nobody will be home to put up where cat can not get. Nothing not a word back from them on when how or if they delivered got my email or nothing. I will not be buying from them ever again as they promise and do not deliver. Nor communicate whats going on after you try to reach back out to them.

3 times now they have taken my order, taken my money, sent an email confirming delivery and nothing was delivered. I will never use them again! Their customer service department is outside of the US and no one calls to follow up with me. I have to fight for a refund and then scamper to re-order flowers from somewhere else or not at all. My sister has cancer and today is her birthday - no flowers to cheer her up! So angry and frustrated. WORST SERVICE EVER!

The most incompetent, irresponsible, and disorganized company that I have dealt with. They run their business on lies. I needed flowers delivered for my anniversary, they told me they confirmed it would be delivered that day. 8PM came along, still no delivery, went back to customer service chat and was told "don't worry" and that the flowers would be delivered the next day. I was also lied to earlier by another customer service rep stating that he confirmed with the florist would be delivered. Meanwhile, the florist said they tried to make a delivery, even though my girlfriend was home all afternoon and never received any type of delivery attempt or anyone showing up on the doorbell camera. Complete lies and nonsense. STAY FAR AWAY FROM FTD.

How incredibly irresponsible! I took all this time to select sympathy flowers and paid. They were to be delivered on the same day--a Thursday. Now today, on Monday, I find out they were never sent. They simply "canceled" my order because the florist didn't have the flowers! Unbelievable.

I wanted to leave a review because after reading all the horroble reviews after already placing my order I became very nervous that'd I'd be out of my money. I thought the flowers wouldn't come or that if they did they'd be dead, but the flowers DID get delivered and they were still pretty. They didn't exactly look like the picture, but my friend appreciated them. I just wish I would have received a confirmation delivery email.

FTD takes your money first, promises a delivery date & then figures out whether they will deliver your flowers whenever they feel like it. Or not at all, and then they don't tell you until days later! They are horrible; use any other company.

I ordered the Blush Crush Bouquet ~ Premium. This item is pictured with a dozen lovely roses dispersed among a variety of additional beautiful flowers and greenery - a very full bouquet. Photo & receipt attached.
The recipient received nothing resembling what was ordered. There were 2/two roses, 3 very large flowers to fill space, a few additional flowers and some greenery. A much smaller bouquet that by no means resembled what I ordered (photo attached). I would quite simply call this "bait and switch". I do not recommend ftd and will definitely not use them again.
I rated as "1" as they were delivered on time.

Tip for consumers:
Update: Ftd apologized by email and offered to deliver another arrangement. I accepted and another arrangement was delivered. It was better, but definitely still no roses as pictured. In future, I will order directly from a Florist myself ~ after first checking their personal reviews.
The 1st picture is what was delivered; 2nd picture is replacement bouquet which was prettier, but still no roses; 3rd picture is what was shown as pictured in Ftd site (with 12 roses).

I ordered my mom her Mothers Day flowers a week ago so that she would definitely get them by Mothers Day. My receipt said they would be delivered on Friday before Mothers Day. Today is Saturday 4:30 PM I called FTD because they had not been delivered yet. They said the order is canceled, they don't know why! I was not even notified of the cancelation! No Flowers for my mom this year! I am very upset by this, and will never trust FTD again!

Tip for consumers:
FTD Did not deliver my mom's flowers and did not even notify me. I ordered them a week in advance!

Ordered a $130 "exquisite" bouquet for Mother's Day delivery. What showed up was a puny bunch flowers like you would grab for $15 at the supermarket. Thought Mom would be really impressed, but instead I was embarrassed when I saw it. FTD agreed to resend the right order, but not until 4 days later. While the new flower arrangement was nicer, the card that was attached was from people I never heard of. Still embarrassing. I am done with FTD.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were claimed to be delivered on Saturday, May 13. Well, just like other reviews - they weren't delivered. Called customer service and they said they'd contact the florist and send them out as soon as they open on Monday. Well, it's Tuesday night and still no flowers. Horrible, would never order from again.

I ordered based on a beautiful photo on the website of a flower-filled basket. My friend received a basket with very few, and very unhealthy, flowers. I am embarrassed! Immediately called FTD and was told a replacement would be sent. Three hours later and I have not heard. Visiting hours at the funeral home are over now. Called FTD and they had no info but told me not to worry - tomorrow flowers should arrive.
Rather than connect me with a manager, I was put on hold. Twenty minutes later no one has answered. Last time I will order from FTD

I would give FTD zero stars if I could! They told me everyday that a floral arrangement I ordered online was going to be delivered the "next day". After 7 days of non-delivery I finally cancelled the order. I was lied to profusely by two separate "supervisors" who told me they would cancel the order after 5 days of non-delivery and set up delivery with another local florist. When I called support after 7 days of non-delivery, I was then told that the order was never cancelled with the original florist and that there were no other local florists to give the order to. I knew I was speaking with an out-source support team and when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor in the United States, I was told that their support team was the only team to handle my problem. I tried to remind them that it was NOT "my" problem, it was THEIR problem which they could not solve. They said they would continue to wait for a response from the local florist, who after 7 days FTD still had no response from. How long did FTD expect me to wait for delivery of sympathy flowers that were to be delivered the day of the funeral?!... I was NOT going to wait indefinitely when it was evident that there was no hope that the flowers would ever be delivered. DO NOT USE FTD UNDER ANY CIRc*msTANCES IF YOU WANT YOUR FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER OR AT ALL FOR THAT MATTER!

I'll never purchase from FTD again. I've used them for years, but they totally botched my mother's day gift. I ordered flowers as usual on their site a week before mother's day. On Saturday afternoon I received an email from ftd that they were delivered. I spoke with my mom around 6pm that night and no flowers. I attempted to discuss the issue with ftd customer service, but that was worse than a trip to the dentist. Ftd outsources their customer service to somewhere they don't speak clear English or understand simple questions. Not to be harsh, but just fact. They said call after 9pm, the flowers may be late. But what about the delivery email? No response. I called back after 9pm. Still no flowers. Long story short, I spoke with customer service 4 times and no flowers. Today they said the florist ran out of flowers and they could get some out later this week. Really? Never again ftd!

Ordered an arrangement for my partner who was graduating residency. When it arrived it was not like what was pictured. I understand differences in seasonal flowers but even the colors were wrong. When I told FTD they offered to send a replacement order of equal or greater value. No option for refund. When I gave them the information for the replacement they didn't respond until I emailed again. They sent something even more different that what I had ordered. Not to mention it had lillies which I avoid as they are deadly to cats. The message that I put in for the replacement was also not there, just the original message. Flowers looked great both times but not what I paid for and no attempt to correct it. The flowers I originally ordered were rainbow and the second message that was supposed to be included was "happy pride". With current events I wonder if that had anything to do with the mixup...

Tip for consumers:
That their florists don't actually try to match the images or descriptions.

WHAT A DEAL AND WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! DELIVER MY ORDER WITHIN 3 DAYS AND GET A WHOPPING $10 SAVINGS ON OVERPRICED FLOWERS (WOW). AND REALLY...WITHIN 3 DAYS. GLAD THEY HAD SUCH A SENSE OF URGENCY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.

I will be home before they will be able to deliver so I will go to a reputable florist and have a fresh bouquet of flowers done so I know they are fresh and as advertised (as many people complain of poor quality flowers delivered by FTD) and will be much less than the premium I paid.

NEVER AGAIN FTD!

I am writing to give feedback about my experience and tell you how disappointed I am. I ordered flowers through FTD's website to be delivered today. I checked in the morning since I know when I send this recipient flowers, she usually gets them around a certain time. I spoke to 4 different customer service representatives via their chat that gave me the runaround and were not able to give me an accurate status. I then finally spoke to another representative that said and I quote "Your order looks great and should be delivered by 5" basically assuring me there were no issues with my order. Another hour went by, and still no delivery. I contacted customer service again only to have another rep tell me that the recipient wasn't at the location and they had called me to tell me, but were not able to reach me so there was no delivery made. This was beyond infuriating! The only reason I even knew there was an issue, was because I called. NO ONE called me to inform me, my recipient was there all day and I never got a phone call. The lack of customer service was beyond upsetting. No one was able to get a hold of anyone, and the only thing they could offer me was next day delivery! This was for someone's Birthday, and their surprise was ruined. Next day delivery would do no good, I do not feel anyone, including the supervisor I spoke to went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am disappointed, upset, and anything else you can think of. Yes, I requested a refund, but that doesn't matter because I still received poor customer service and someone's Birthday wasn't made special. I will never use their service again and I would hope no one else has to go through this ordeal. I hope they upgrade their customer service as it is lacking terribly.
