Like the rest of the Main Story, High on Life's ending has a few surprises for you to discover. While all roads end with a battle against the G3's leader, Garmantuous, you can prompt several different interactions before rolling credits. On top of that, High on Life features a Secret Ending that you can experience with just a few minutes of work.

High on Life Ending Explained
Now that you've killed most of the G3's highest-ranking officers, you'll return to Earth for a final showdown against the dastardly, Garmantuous. The Garmantuous final boss battle consists of two phases that are separated by a brief cutscene.
After surviving the first phase, you'll approach a knocked-out Garmantuous and insert the Remote Atomizer Bomb into the villain to try and blow him up. However, the bomb fails to detonate and Garmantuous regains consciousness and imprisons you.
Because he's got you captive, Garmantuous will offer to free, "the two people you love most in this world", if you agree to turn yourself in. Kenny suspects that Garmantuous has your parents hostage, but the two people that Garmantuous has imprisoned will likely shock you. When Garmantuous learns that these prisoners may not be the bargaining chip he had hoped for, he kills them and you'll be thrust into the battle's second phase.
Gatlian Ending Interactions
Once you've defeated Garmantuous a second time, Kenny will offer to enter Garmantuous to manually detonate the bomb and kill the villain once and for all. Unfortunately, the strength of the explosion will almost certainly kill Kenny in the process. While you could go ahead and insert Kenny into Garmantuous, you can also swap to any of the other Gatlians in your arsenal and sacrifice them instead.

No matter who you insert, Garmantuous will die and the Gatlian will survive. But depending on the Gatlian you select to sacrifice, you can prompt different expletive-filled interactions. While we won't go into all of the R-rated details, the chart below summarizes each interaction:

| Gus | Gus will become panicked and claim that you like Kenny more than him. |
| Sweezy | Sweezy reluctantly accepts her fate and claims that, if she dies, she'll come back to haunt you for life. |
| Creature | After screaming for his life, Creature will yell out that he's scared and ask why you're choosing to sacrifice him when Kenny already offered his life. |
| Lezduit | When sacrificed, Lezduit will unsurprisingly scream "LEZDUIT!" |
As mentioned above, no matter which weapon you choose to insert into Garmantuous, they'll detonate the bomb and shockingly survive the blast. When they plummet to the ground, pick up the charred Gatlian, and after some additional dialogue, the credits will roll!
Secret Ending
In High on Life's Secret Ending, you'll visit the Human Haven set up by Magistrate Clugg. After speaking to the survivors, you'll use your Jetpack to ascend to the hidden ledge at the top of the Haven. Using the keycard you stole from Clugg's Office, you'll enter a doorway marked "No Trespassing".
In this secret area, you'll discover a lab that's been mercilessly experimenting on humans. As you explore, you'll soon encounter Magistrate Clugg who will promptly run away, leading you to an additional lab where you'll meet the evil Dr. Gurgula.

Dr. Gurgula will be revealed as this operation's ring leader and he'll note that he's responsible for wiping out nearly all of the Gatlians.
Largely acting as a tease for a potential High on Life sequel, you'll have a brief chat with Dr. Gurgula before he enters a portal and escapes. After this interaction, you'll return to the Human Haven lobby where the suited aliens will congratulate you on reaching the Secret Ending!
