Oscar-winning actress Emma Stone’s charming Los Angeles compound sold for more than $4 million less than two weeks after she listed it, nearly double the amount she bought it for in 2019.

The Poor Things star put her Spanish-style home in Comstock Hills on the market for $3.9 million less a week after winning a Golden Globe in January.

The two-story home built in 1926 was sold to William Morris talent agent Norman Brokaw for $4.3 million just 10 days after it went on the market, it reported. fox business.
