  • Dried flower means all dead cannabis that has been harvested, dried, cured, or otherwise processed, excluding leaves and stems.

  • Wood floor wax means wax-based products for use solely on wood floors.

  • M2M Flowgate means Flowgates where constraints are jointly monitored and coordinated as defined and set forth in Schedule D to this Agreement.

Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.

  • Lowest floor means the lowest floor of the lowest enclosed area (including basem*nt). An unfinished or flood resistant enclosure, usable solely for parking of vehicles, building access, or limited storage in an area other than a basem*nt area is not considered a building's lowest floor, provided that such an enclosure is not built so as to render the structure in violation of the applicable non-elevation design requirements of this ordinance.

  • Ferry means any vessel which ar- rives in the U.S. on a regular schedule during its operating season at intervals of at least once each business day.

  • Ground floor means a floor of a building with a building entrance on an accessible route. A building may have more than one ground floor.

  • Cottage Sector Means a single dwelling that does not have a common facility for a multiple number of tenants.

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a parcel measured perpendicularly from the rear wall(s) of the main building situated on the parcel to the rear property boundary of the parcel [see sketch in Schedule B];

  • Landing means the level portion of a stairs located between flights of stairs or located at the top and foot of a stairs.

  • Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.

  • Summer Session means the time including all academic offerings during the pre-session, the regular four- week and eight-week sessions, and the post-session.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Snow tyre means a tyre whose tread pattern, tread compound or structure is primarily designed to achieve in snow conditions a performance better than that of a normal tyre with regard to its ability to initiate or maintain vehicle motion."

  • traveller means any person designated on a Travel Authorization, or such other request as may be approved by UNDP or its Associated Agencies, and any other traveller who may be authorized to travel at the expense of UNDP or an Associated Agency.NOW THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

  • Lane means a public thoroughfare which provides a secondary means of access to a parcel or parcels and which is registered in a land titles office;

  • Dry cleaning fluid means any non-aqueous liquid product designed and labeled exclusively for use on: fabrics which are labeled "for dry clean only", such as clothing or drapery; or S-coded fabrics. Dry cleaning fluid includes, but is not limited to, those products used by commercial dry cleaners and commercial businesses that clean fabrics such as draperies at the customer's residence or work place. Dry cleaning fluid does not include spot remover or carpet and upholstery cleaner. For the purposes of this definition, S-coded fabric means an upholstery fabric designed to be cleaned only with water-free spot cleaning products as specified by the Joint Industry Fabric Standards Committee.
