Is it alright to have cold milk on empty stomach in the morning with cornflakes and what is the advantage of having cold milk over hot milk

No..it should not be taken alone you should take oats or corn flakes or any snack along with it to avoid acidity.

Hot milk is irritant , to gastric mucosa,causes gas,flatulence.Once boiled and cooled milk is always safe.

Ya...U can take it.... extremely hot n extremely cold both are gastric irritant... try to consume moderate temperature food to avoid any GI irritation...

HiThe temperature of the milk doesn't effect its nutrient content. I wanna give you small tip that don't try to take same kind of breakfast daily as smaller kind of breakfast will not provide you nutrients required by the body.
