Bush Balm is run by the social enterprise Purple House, an innovative Indigenous-owned and operated health service based in Alice Springs in the Northern Territory that runs 18 remote dialysis clinics and a mobile unit called the Purple Truck. The products provide employment opportunities for patients and their families. Their organisation supports ethical, fair trade practices and respects Indigenous intellectual and cultural knowledge.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard:Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.

Express:only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.

Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.

Click & Collect:choose your local store at checkout andyour order to be there within2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse).Please waituntil you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

Bush balm review
As someone with no hair on his head, I have always been looking for a lotion to keep it from itching and flaking. I mix your balm with frankincense essential oil and find it a great combination.

Helpful balm
Applying to husbands stubborn skin condition. This balm has helped with easing the itching uncomfortable feeling and moisturising his arms and legs. Would recommend to anyone experiencing skin problems.

Best dry skin remedy
I've been using this balm for a couple of years now with great success for my occasional dry skin breakouts but what proved its efficacy was when `mum came to visit and she had large very sore dry patches and within a couple of days of using this balm they cleared up. I sent her home with my pot :) Highly recommend

Miracle in a tin
Amazing product that has seriously helped with an extremely itchy rash. Doctor prescribed steroid cream which has never fully fixed the problem but this bush balm has worked wonders. Also have sensitive skin and didn’t irritate it. Definitely recommend.

I bought this product for ourselves and our grandchildren and it works a treat. Cleared up their eczema and fantastic for mozzie bites and itches- almost anthing. Fantastic product.
