Probably not. But I am here to say that the first step to your journey in financial freedom can be as simple as checking out a book from the library or dowloading a book from Amazon.

The book was a simple guide. Written for someone just graduating from college and getting started in the real world. There was nothing earth shattering about it. But it gave me the exact tools I needed to succeed.

As mentioned above the target audience is millennials and the author does a great job of speaking the language of millennials with chapter titles such as “Is Money A Tinder Date or Marriage Material?”

Oprah says this book can really change your life. And she is not kidding.

This book may belong below under books about money mindset however we included it here because if you only read a couple of books on personal finance this one should definitely be on the top of your list.

This book represents a lot of what we preach. Making money work for you versus working for the money.

This book covers everything from saving money, getting out of debt and taking the necessary steps towards financial freedom, however it does it in a way that focuses on your happiness and relationship with money versus how much you have in the bank.

You either love in or hate him but it's easy to agree that Dave Ramsey (no relation) does know a little bit something about money.

And this book is included in the list because it has helped us develop habits that have contributed to our building a profitable business.

This book does a good job of helping you establish good habits and kick bad habits. And it is done in a way that is not overwhelming.

The idea is to start small and build upon the habits that eventually will translate to cash.
