Hello.

should i use “reduce white point” in night because i have new phone 12 pro max it’s brightness is very high infact it’s in low brightness and it’s effect my eyes.

its effect my battery health? When i use reduce white point?

Changing the white point won't alter battery consumption, Display intensity will.

If you change Display brightness all the way to the lowest level, the display should be nearly dark. -Are you sure you are sliding the brightness slider all the way to the left?
