Yeah, she's really good, and pretty fun. Definitely worth building, in terms of damage ratios she's the highest of the 4-stars just because of her burst that lets her beat out every 5-star other than Hu Tao, Tartaglia, and Eula in short bursts of damage (but not necessarily sustained damage).

She also doesn't bruise easily, due to her high defense. And on top of all of that, Noelle heals. This makes her a really reliable character for newer players to use. If you are a new player, and you do pull Noelle, she will provide you with a very stable character who can make your team substantially more hardy.

Noelle becomes great at C6 with a lot of investment as folks have mentioned. You can certainly have fun playing her at C2 as long as you can satisfy her energy needs. She may not be the very best at anything, but she does it all...and that makes her a comfy and flexible option.

Noelle's shield is strong but if she's used only for shielding then she doesn't provide much else for the team. She can't generate particles and can struggle to have high uptime with her shield because of the long cooldown.

I'd go Beidou for Electro resonance and the fact that Beidou can serve as a brilliant sub-DPS when it comes to enemies Ning is weak against (Geo Hypostasis and Geo slimes being the only two in that category).

Beidou is well known across Liyue for her strength, her easy-going personality, and her good judgment of character.

Fischl doesn't need super high energy recharge or a dedicated battery for her sub dps, because she is the battery. So unless your main dps is electro, I highly recommend Fischl over Beidou. Beidou's burst is 80 energy, and that's where majority of her sub dps comes from. She was clearly designed to be main dps first.

It depends, since Noelle's effectiveness is currently locked behind her constellations. At C0/no constellation, Noelle is pretty much a sub-par character, since her healing is still chance-based, and not always heals your party (at lv10 skill, the chance is at 59%, which is kinda meh).

Noelle will definitely hold her own in battle thanks to her claymore expertise and her brutal Sweeping Time move that turns normal attack damage into uncontestable Geo damage.

Noelle synergises with Furina by consolidating the roles of on-field DPS, healer, and shielder into one character, letting you comfortably fill the other slots in the party with off-field DMG dealers or buffers.
