How to Get the Lily of the Valley in Animal Crossing New Horizons

The Lily of the Valley is a flower that only starts to grow on your island when the player has an island rating of five stars, the highest it can go. We've outlined a guide on how to get your island rating up over here, as well as the fastest ways to do that. It's also important to know that previous games had a different flower called the Jacob's Ladder, but that's been replaced by the Lily of the Valley.

Once your island rating is at five stars, there's a small chance each day that you'll start to see Lily of the Valley flowers growing around your island. They're presented as slender, drooping plants with white flowers, like a pale version of a bluebell. Don't be impatient though, as even with five stars they grow at a very slow rate, around one per week, depending on how lucky you are.

We've been busy plugging away on a bunch more Animal Crossing New Horizons guides. How Much Do Lily of the Valley Flowers Sell For?

Lily of the Valley flowers don't sell for much, individually worth 222 bells when sold to Nook's Cranny. This isn't much money, showing that the real value of these lilies is as a kind of naturally-growing trophy to celebrate your achievement of getting a five-star island. You also can't pick them with the Y button - to move it, you'll need to dig it up with a shovel and plant it somewhere else.

If you've mastered the art of island decoration, why not reward yourself with some Animal Crossing content here at USgamer? Caty's review of the New Horizons is waiting for you, or you could always see how tigers are being used over here?
