Instead of feeling guilty about what happened, and worrying about what will happen in the future-- one should have faith that whatever happens, happens for the best. So, live in the present moment-- that's the mantra to lead a happy life.

From the time one is born they are bound by their duties and responsibilities. So, have the courage and faith to not run away from them. away from them.

When a person is born, they don't own any materialistic thing. And similarly, when they die they will leave all behind. So stay humble.
