Our 20 20 20 Garden Fertilizer is a multi-purpose, premium fertilizer that can be used at all stages of plant growth in the vegetable garden. It contains equal amounts of nitrogen (20%), phosphorous (20%) and potassium (20%) to provide a balanced formula for your vegetable plants. The nitrogen helps to promote vegetative growth, while the phosphorous and potassium stimulate a solid root system for your plants.

This premium, all-purpose fertilizer can be used on any vegetable or plant in your vegetable garden. It works especially great when used early on heavy-feeding crops like tomatoes, onions or corn. It also helps to stimulate early plant growth in heavy-feeding cool crops like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kohlrabi and more!

This is a water-soluble formulation that dissolves easily, even in cold water. Use it to fertilize seedlings prior to transplanting, or to feed established plants in the vegetable garden. It can be mixed in a 5 gallon bucket and administered by pouring alongside plants, or used with injection systems like our Brass Siphon Mixer and Hoss Fertilizer Injector.

20 20 20 Garden Fertilizer Rates:

For fertilizing seedlings or transplants, mix 4 teaspoons of 20-20-20 per gallon of water and apply two times a week. If using our Brass Siphon Mixer, dissolve 1 cup of 20-20-20 in a 5 gallon bucket. If you wish to accelerate the seedling growth, you can increase the frequency to 3-4 times a week. If you wish to slow seedling growth because outside temperatures are not yet favorable for planting, you can reduce the frequency to 1 time a week.

For raised bed or container gardens, mix 1 cup of 20-20-20 with 4-5 gallons of water in a 5 gallon bucket. Then pour the dissolved fertilizer on the soil beside the plant stem. Pour 1 quart of the mixture beside each plant, and repeat every 2-3 weeks as plants grow.

When using our Hoss Fertilizer Injector, mix 1-2 lbs of 20-20-20 per 1,000 square feet of garden. Apply every 2-3 weeks or as plants appear to need it.

20-20-20 can also be combined with our Micro-Boost Micronutrient Supplement. If mixing fertilizer in a 5 gallon bucket, add 1 cup of Micro-Boost per 5 gallons of water and apply as directed above. If using the Hoss Fertilizer Injector, add 1-2 cups of Micro-Boost in the injector tank along with the 20-20-20 fertilizer as directed above.

Since my garden is containers and raised beds, I was looking for a fertilizer that would promote green leaves, blooms, and root growth. I followed the suggested usage amounts and fertilized my plants. Two weeks later I noticed my plants were bright green, strong, healthy, and producing fruit. This product is a winner!

I believe this fertilizer is the best I can buy! I was overthinking the price, but decided to try it. I used this in my raised beds this year for the first time. I had a fantastic crop. It really caused my plants to thrive and produce a bumper crop, my hot peppers, squash, tomatoes, and bell peppers took off and are still producing!! I highly recommend this fertilizer, you will not be disappointed. Love the 20 20 20!!!
