Old electronics like cellphones, laptops, DVD players, TVs and even Mp3 players have a great shot at being sold on the used market.
There’s even a market for broken electronic gadgets for those who are looking for replacement part.
Always be honest about the condition of your item though!

Admittedly, selling clothes is probably one of the more difficult and time consuming ways to cash in on your clutter.
If you’ve got the patience to photograph each item and deal with selling off one article at a time, great!

What worked best for us was lumping similar sized items into lots and selling them at a fixed price per bag.

If you have a large book collection like I did you may be interested in selling off some of the copies you know you’ll never look at again.
They don’t sell for much individually but if you sell them by similar genres as a lot you can price a lot of 5 books for about 5$.

Maybe it’s regional but we’ve always had great luck selling off items in this category.
As a rule of thumb we sold CDs and DVDs in lots at 1$ each.
Video games are a little different and we usually sold them for 30% of their market value.
Just hop online and see what your game is worth brand new and price it around the 30% mark.
