Typically, you’ll get a couple a days and they’ll have 10 or 15 questions. They always select the surveys they send according to your profile, so it will be a topic that interests you.
The amount you get varies between $1 and $10 per survey, so you could realistically earn about $20 per month.

3. Earn $9/month for Your Normal Web Searches
Turn your back on Google searches and make some cash.
If you can bear to stop using Google for everything, and instead to switch to Microsoft’s Bing for your Internet searches, then you should join Bing Rewards.
They say that the average Internet user makes around 60 searches a day, and that would get you $.30.
It may not sound like much, but if you do that every day for a month, it adds up to $9 – and all without really changing your Internet habits.
You can redeem your rewards in various ways. You can get gift cards for your favorite store, build up airline miles, or use them to enter sweepstakes.
If you want to feel good about yourself, you can donate your rewards to a charity of your choosing, but then you are not really making yourself money from your couch.
4. Earn $20/month Testing Websites
You can get paid for looking at new websites and mobile apps, and letting the developers know what you think about them.
One website that does this is called usertesting.com, and you can apply online to be a tester.
You get paid $10 per review, as long as it’s accepted which it usually is.
You have to make a recording about 20 minutes long, and perhaps answer some follow-up questions. When you sign up you will do a sample review so they can check the quality of your work.

Here’s a chance to do a variety of things, including watching videos and listening to radio, to earn some money.
The company has even been featured on Good Morning America, it’s that good.

They make it obvious how much you’re going to earn for everything they ask you to do, and for instance you might get 6 cents for watching a short video or $3 for completing a survey.

6. Earn $5/month Doing Micro Tasks
While we’re on the subject of actually doing something for the money that you want to get, you could look at becoming a Turk, which is working for Amazon’s Mechanical Turk website.
You have to see it to understand it, but this site requires you to do miniature tasks for a miniature amount of pay.
Just keep plummeting along, doing task after task, and the amount will add up.

Or you could sign up for Fiverr, where the standard pay is $5 for doing a still fairly small task using your talents.

Moving up in scale again, you might consider writing articles for money on the Internet.

Write one article a month for each of these two sites and you have got yourself an extra $150.
9. Earn a Chance to Win $500 for Naming a Company
Have you ever thought about naming a company?
If you’re good at it, you could win $500.

Companies come to this website, describe their products, and ask for name suggestions. The winner, whose name is used, gets $250 or $500.
To be frank, if you look at the contests underway you will see that there are hundreds of name suggestions, so your chances of winning are not very good – but they are still much better than winning the Powerball.
